About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

London-Beijing-Hongkong-Manila-London

Can I qualify for the 72 hour free visa at Beijing International with this itinerary:
London to Beijing (connecting flight at Hong Kong)
Staying Beijing 2 nights, 3 days.
Departing Beijing bound for Hong Kong 3rd day, and staying Hong Kong 1 night.
Departing Hong Kong bound for Manila following day.
Departing Manila back to London 3 weeks later.

You need a visa or different flights. Hong Kong-Beijing-Hong Kong is a visit to China and not a transit.

Book a flight from Beijing to Macau instead Beijing to Hong Kong and you will be perfectly within the rules for 144 hours visa free transit.
