Is it possible for Yemeni nationals to apply for student visa.

Dear,
I am a Yemeni student initially selected for CSC Chinese scholarships and as you know there is no Chinse embassy currently in Yemen. My question is that>> is it possible to apply for a Student visa in your embassy in Nepal. I am in India now. Thank you...

Ahmed, you should contact the embassy in Nepal to get a sure answer.
