To get Q1 visa while in China on Z visa

Hello, it is possible to apply and get Q1 visa while I am on Z visa (work permit) in China? My work contract will expire 31.5, can I get the Q1 visa without leaving China? Thank you

Do you have an immediate Chinese family in China? If you, it's possible to get the Q1 visa.
