About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I have Iraqi Passport and I have transit in Shanghai

I have a flight from Tokyo to Bangkok transiting in Shanghai with the different airlines, am I eligible for 24 transit Visa free?

Yes, you are. You had better double check this with your airline, especially the airline taking you to Shanghai.
