About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Beijing, Tianjin & Hebei

US-Beijing-Hong Kong-Beijing-US

I have a flight from LAX to PEK, then traveling to hong kong. On the return flight I have a layover in PEK and then onto LAX. Is that ok?
