Transport from Tianjin Binhai international airport to city

I will be arriving at binhai international airport at about 10.30pm. Is there any public transport from here to the city at this time? If so, what type of transport is the most suitable. I don't want to take a taxi as I was cheated few years ago at Beijing International airport. Thank you.
