About:10-year China Visa for US and Canadian Citizens

Do I have to renew a 10 year China Visa after 2 years?

I'm a US National. My wife said maybe I need to renew my 10 year (expires in 2027) China Visa after 2 years.
If it expires in 2027, I think I do NOT need to renew it to go to China this summer (2019). My US Passport expires in 2026.
Am I right?

Joe, as far as I know, Chinese nationals holding 10-year visa to the USA need to renew it every 2 years, but not the US citizens. However, based on the reciprocity principle, it's likely that US citizens may also be required to do so.
