About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

For Canadians travelling on the Westerdam, Holland America in October

Can we use the 144 Hour visa? We are coming from Japan and we will be going to the following ports: Dalian, Tianjin (overnight), Qingdao, Shanghai (overnight). Do we qualify?
