I have APEC Card tied to current USA passport and biometric data. Do I still need a business VISA

In 2018, I received an APEC card which is tied and current with my USA PASSPORT which expires in 2027. My company would like to send me to a business meeting next in China. Do I need to obtain a Chinese Business M?
