Shenzhen Post Office have many names are they all the same

below Post Office Names are they all same?
1, China Post Agency
2, China post
3, South China Post Agency
4, China Post Office
I need to go to the correct China post for enquiry mailing to oversea.

Yes, it opens every day: 9:00-17:00. However, some counters may stop service from 12:00 to 2:00 for break.
