MNL-PVG-LAX - US Citizens

Traveling from Manila to PVG on China Eastern April 22 6:30am Manila - Arrive PVG at 9:30am
PVG to LAX April 25 9:00pm - arrive LAX 6:00pm

Will this fall under 72 hours or 144 hours TWOV

There is only 144 and 24 hours at PVG, no 72h.
