About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

Change tourist visa to work visa

Hi! I am currently on a tourist visa in China, but I have found a teaching job and want to stay for about a year. Is it possible to apply for the work visa while I’m still here or do I have to take the trip back first?

It's possible for you to apply the work Z type at the exit and entry administration of the local PSB within China. You can have a try.
