About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Beijing, Tianjin & Hebei

Can anybody answer whether if it is available for 144 hours visa free policy?

I plan to travel china next to
Philippines-Beijing -Shanghai-Guangzhou -Philippines is it possible

Obviously not possible for 144 hours. You have multiple stops, and it’s not even transiting China. You need a visa.
