72 hours free visa in Harbin

We are dying to Harbin for the ice sculptures for Ed’s than 72 hours from the landing time to the departure time to U.S. via Seoul.
Are we quality for the 62 hours free visa?

Only if you fly non-stop Country A - Harbin - Country B and your passport is from one of the 53 qualifying countries.
