24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Hi,
I am holding Indonesian passport and will be transiting in Beijing for under 22 hours.
Am i qualified for the 24-Hour Free Transit?
And how do i get / claim the 24-Hour Free Transit?

Yes, you qualified for the 24-Hour Visa-Free Transit.
Apply for 24-hour visa-free entry permit in 4 steps
Fill an Arrival/Departure Card at the border inspection counter
Get the temporary entry permit stamp or sticker
Claim the luggage (if needed)
Go through the customs
