Does Shenzhen qualify for the TWOV program?
I’m flying from Canada to Johannesburg via Beijing. My Air China direct flight from Beijing to Johannesburg has recently changed to include a 2 hour transit stop in Shenzhen. It is not clear if we deplane there or not.
Do I need a visa as a result of this change or can I use the TWOV program?
