Process of collecting the passport

Hi i want to know the process of collecting the passport of my father is it possible i can collect and if yes so what is the timming and procedure thx

Yes, you can do it on his behalf. Maybe you need to provide the both your passports and the pick-up slip for that.

Thx for ur reply kindly tell me about timming and way of pickup do i need to come from new applicants que? Or there is different counter for collecting the passport thx
