About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Inform carrier. I'm just asking this because I want to be 100% sure.

Hi,

In the article it says I should inform the carrier when boarding. Does this mean that all I have to do is inform a flight attendant that I want to apply for the 144 hour transit without visa?

You inform them when you check-in and they check your documents. There may also be a document check when you board.
