Yes, the tourist line 3 is no longer in operation nowadays. Thus you need to take a coach from West Coach Station to there directly. There are many schedules every day. As I remember, the last one leaves at 19:00. The duration is around 1.5 hours for the single trip. I heard that the ticket fare is CNY25/person.0
