French who lives in Vietnam wanna travel in SHA

Dear,

I'm a French who lives in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh now. Can i travel by routine HCMC-SHA-HK-HCMC OR HCMC-SHA-BANGKOK-HCMC?
Am i available for the 144hrs transit visa?
