Help with girlfriend moving to China

I am a USA citizen and I am in the process of getting a China resident card. My Girlfriend is planning to move with me to China. She is a Russian citizen, and able to travel to China on a Visa for travel. What other options do we have for her to more permanently live with me in China?

Your girlfriend can try to apply for long term tourist visa with multiple entries to stay with you in mainland China.
