About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Do I qualify for visa free entry? We are UK passport holders

and will fly from Manchester to Shanghai via Abu Dhabi, stay overnight then depart on a cruise from Wusongkou International Cruise Terminal, does this qualify for transit without visa?
