About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Shanghai, Zhejiang, and Jiangsu

I have 2 questions: One about online request and the other about original airport.

The link to the website where I can request the visa free transit does not seem to be working. Can I request it online somewhere else or should I just ask for it during my travel? I will fly from Amsterdam to Shanghai, and then to Seoul. During my flight from Amsterdam I have to transfer in Moscow. Should I tell them I'm coming from Amsterdam or from Moscow then?

You are seen as coming from Moscow. You don't need to do the online form. Just carry copies of your confirmed flight tickets.
