About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Madrid-HK-Shanghai, Shanghai-HK-Paris

Hi,

I am flying to Shanghai via Madrid and HK, and then three days later I fly from Shaghai to Paris via HK. Can I use this visa free transit or the fact that I have HK-Shaghai-HK invalidates it? Thanks.

That's a visit to China and requires a visa. You're not in transit at Shanghai (you're in transit at Hong Kong, twice).
