About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Return Tickets. Can I go back into Hong Kong to catch my return flight

I have booked a return ticket from UK to Beijing and then a return ticket from Beijing to phillipines.

You don't say your passport but if its one of the 53 approved (like UK passport) it will depend on the exact order of flights, separate tickets are ok .
UK > Beijing (144 hours) > Philippines is ok.
Philippines > Beijing (144 hours )> UK is ok.

Where does Hong Kong fit in. Make sure you dont have a HK > Beijing > HK flight in there.
