About:Marriage Registration in China

Need help. I am from Bhutan and my boyfriend is Chinese.

Bhutan and China don't have diplomatic relation, still can I get marry certificate in China? Or is there any other documents needed?

Thank you for the quick response. I want to know the clear information as I was once ask to provide third country approval that I am single. I tried all the embassy and they told me they don't have right to provide that. I am looking for the agent who can help me for the process.
