About:Overstaying in China & Penalty

overstaying in china for two years,,what she could do? when she wants to go home,in philippine

she was given 14 days visa as a tourist but she now 2yrs and one month already in china ,,what will she could do now that she wants to go home in the Philippines,,please help my friend she needs some advice please,,thnks

She should do at present is to report her situation to the local police station, and then pay the fine CNY500 per day; the capped amount won’t exceed CNY10,000 and accept other penalties. Afterwards, she can apply for an exit pass to leave China.

Don't forget detention (plus police interrogation since they want to know what she did in the last two years). Needless to say that comes with a minimum of 5-year ban from the country (or longer). Hope whatever she got while in China was worth it.
