Travelling to Taipei on SEP or OCT

Hi...I’m planning to visit Taipei again whether in this mid of SEP or end of OCT, which month is better as I would like to avoid the chances of typhoon season to be safe. As I knw, Jun-Oct are still typhoon season. TQ

Based on the previous weather statistics, you are suggested to go there at the end of Oct. The chance of typhoon would be small. But you are still advised to keep attention to the weather forecast before going there.
