Is there any hourly hotel in Beijing Capital Airport t3?

We have connecting flight at 7 pm and its omkull 10 pm now

Yes, there are hourly lounges at T3. The exact locations are the following:
West public space of Arrival Hall on 2F of T3-C; East of International Departure Hall on T3-E
Upon landing, you can easily find the place based on the English signs. :)
