About:China Transit Visa

Hello! What should I do?

I am a Greek citizen.And I want to transit from kumning to Beijing and exit with transiberian to Moscow.The train is 10 hours.
I am now in Malaysia and I apply for a tourist but they say that is difficult because I am not a resident.
Please can you advise me.
