About:Embassy of Saudi Arabia in China

Do we Need a visa. Can we stay in hotel outside the airport without a visa?

We are traveling from Kota Kinabalu on Air Asia to Shengzhen, China and depart for USA by United Air 18 hrs later.

You don't need visa because you can apply 24h twov in Shenzhen.
