SIM card at Beijing Airport (transfer) or at Sanya Airport (Final destination)

Hi,
I'll be flying tomorrow with a connecting flight at Beijing (PEK) airport for 3h30 & then I'll take my final flight to Sanya, do you guys know if there is any possibility to find a sim card store in the transit zone of PEK or is there one at airport?
