Australia to Italy via China

Hi, we are a family of 4 staying for 2 nights in Guangzhou on our way to Italy and then for another two nights on our way back a month later. What kind of visa do we need?

You may not need a visa if Guangzhou is your only stop in Mainland China. Check the 72-hour transit page to determine if you are eligible.
