Shangri-la People's Hospital at Jiantangzhen

I am going to Bisong Village for 10 days, in case i cannot adapted to the altitude, would lie to know the nearby hospital services. What is the Shangri-la People's Hospital at Jiantangzhen, Deqen, Yunnan, China operating hour?
