About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

144 TWOV with two stops

Hello!
What about two stops? I have a tricky routing MOSCOW Airport - Tianhe Airport (arrival time is 11:30 30MAR) - Guangzhou Baiyun Airport (departure time is 13:10 31MAR) - Phuket Airport. Can I rely on 144 TWOV or I need a visa?

You need a visa as you have more than one stop in china and you have to leave within 24 hour from scheduled arrival in wuhan
