Shuttle bus from Hong Kong Station to hotel

I will be arriving at the HK Station at about 1930 next week. I understand there are free shuttles that will take you to nearby hotels. I am staying at the ibis HK Central and Sheung Wan hotel. Is there a particular shuttle bus I should take? How frequently do they leave the station?
