About:China Train Travel - A Beginner’s Guide

Train from Guilin to Beijing including Terra Cotta Army

I plan to travel to Beijing soon and I have plenty of time. What is the cheapest way I can do this? I would like to stop where the Terra Cotta Army is and any other interesting place you can think of. Thanks!

There are many trains a day from Beiijing to Xian. If you like, you can add other place like Pingyao or Zhengzhou etc before your trip to Xian. Or you can choose to go to Chengdu after Xian. Then take a flight to Guilin and finally back to Beijing by flight.
