About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Flying Perth to Shangai Via Singapore and back for the Formula 1

Perth - Sing - Shanghai arrive 11th April
Shanghai - Sing - Perth departing 17th April

Have tried to call the Visa Centre in Perth and they will not confirm if I can use the 144hr free transit.
