hoe long will it take by taxi from TPE airport to the high speed train station

thanks for the reply, i thought the high speed train locate at zhongli. my apology. because my flight from uk to taiwan arrives at 21:15, gives and takes, i'd like to catch last hight speed train to Taichung around 23:21. if the high speed train station too far from the TPE airport by taxi. i might catch bus only things it takes too long to get to Taichung
