I will have 2 hs  to transfer to Weihai(Terminal 2)  by Air China. Is it enough time for transferring.

It is an international to domestic transfer, right? If so, the time is tight. If you purchase the tickets separately, generally speaking, you should leave 2.5 to 3 hours to make this connection. If you purchase the interline tickets, you can finish this transfer. Don't worry.
