About:Ci Qi Kou

Need to take taxi at 3.30-4 AM at dawn to catch international flight at 6.45 AM in Capital Airport.

Is there any available taxi at such time? And is it safe since i'm woman travelling alone?

Yes, you can still find several taxis at that time. Generally speaking, you don't need to worry about the safety problem. :)
