What is the best way to get from Chunhuiyuan Hot Spring Holiday Resort to forbidden City ?

Hi we are staying at Chunhuiyuan Hot Spring Holiday Resort and we would like to go to Forbidden city one day and the summer palace another. Can we get there by public transport? If not how much would a taxi cost. Do we still look for the Taxis with B on them ?

Hi, you can walk south about 700m to take bus line 942 from Shunyi Yuzhuang to Zuojiazhuang, and then walk southwest about 260m to take Bus Line 120 to Tian'anmen Square West. Get off the bus and walk north about 1km, you can get to the Forbidden City. It takes around 2 hours for a single trip.

If you take a taxi, it takes around 1.5 hours and costs about CNY100.

If you go to the Summer Palace from the hotel by taxi, the fare is also around CNY100.

Thanks so much for the information. Are these fares for beijing taxis or private cars? Is there a general number for taxis?

They are the fares of taxis and the general number is 96103.
