About:China Private Visit Visa

S visa applying process and its opportunity

I study in China , If I invite my wife ,should I go back My country or should Not for applying process? And If my wife gets a S type, can she work in China with the type of visa At During staying particular period of time?

She cannot work in China legally after entering China under S type. She needs a work Z type for that.
