is it hard to come back from Wulong to Chongqing city?

No, you can take the train from Wulong Railway Station to Chongqing North Railway Station. The duration is 3-4 hours. The ticket fare of Soft Sleeper Seat is CNY153.5, Hard Sleeper Seat is CNY115.5 and Hard Seat is CNY24.5.
