Is there enough time to use Lounge access while on 3.30hr transit at Hong Kong Airport?

How far is Gate from Lounge?
Departing Kuala Lumpur International- transit HK International - to Los Angeles. Which terminal is Cathay Pacific landing on and how far is the arrival/transit gate to the Premier Lounge? Can Transit pax easily get to and out from Lounge to the connecting flight -LAX check in? Thanks
