TWOV for flights via Shenzhen ?

I’m flying from London Heathrow to Phnom Penh via Shenzhen. The layover at Shenzhen airport is just over 3 hours each way. Do I need a visa?

If the next stop after Shenzhen is not uk or HK, you can get 24h twov in Shenzhen. No visa will be needed.
