The distance is around 8km. You can take metro line 2 to Beidajie Station and then transfer to metro line 1 to Hancheng Road Station, Exit D. Then walk north around 150 meters to find the West Coach.
If you take a taxi from the Bell Tower directly, the cab fare is around CNY20.
