About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

24 hours free visa. I have a congolese passport (Republic of Congo)

and I am going to vietnam from the UK stopping for less than 24 hours in Beijing (outbound 15 hours) and Guangzhou (Return 10 hours).

With the 24 hours free transit, can I leave the airport to visit the city? Am I entitle for 24 hours free transit for both journey? Is there any option that allow me to visit the city when i arrive in china during my transit.

Given your nationality you should get a transit visa before traveling. Guangzhou is known to be strict when it comes to inspecting passengers from African countries with valid visas so I can't imagine you will be allowed to leave the airport without one. Beijing is not as strict but don't expect smooth sailing either. Given your nationality you should get a double-entry transit visa and see whether immigration will allow you in (and also be prepared for a lengthy interrogation at Guangzhou as well).
