About:China Customs Declaration

Taking electrician suitcase

I'm taking tools needed for my bussiness trip (pliers, screwdriver, electric tester,...) in a tools suitcase and some materail that I will use in China ( price no more than 2000 CNY)
Should i declare it or not?
