About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Flight schedule FRA - PVG - ICN

Hi there, I'm planing to arrive in Shanghai from Frankfurt / Germany, staying 4 days for business in Zhejiang and Jiangsu province and continuing then from Shanghai to Incheon / South Korea. So this trip a 144 hour twov is applicable, right?
